We currently focus our operations within the United States to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: We support shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS.
- International Shipping: At this time, Goldcoaststar does not offer international shipping. We only fulfill orders with a valid U.S. delivery address.
- Shipping Rates & Transparency
We believe in straightforward pricing without hidden surcharges at checkout.
- Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 for all orders, regardless of weight or size.
- Currency: All prices and shipping fees are listed in USD.

- Order Tracking Procedures
Transparency is a priority. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier:
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.
- This email will contain a unique Tracking Number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.
- Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibility
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Goldcoaststar is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact support@goldcoaststar.com immediately.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office. If the package remains missing after 3 business days of the “Delivered” status, contact our support team.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a claim or replacement.
- Cancellations and Modifications
Because we strive for fast handling times, orders enter our fulfillment system quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
