We offer a generous 30-day return window. You have exactly 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. If 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and protective seals intact.

- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show visible signs of use, animal hair, smoke odors, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

- How to Initiate the Return Process
We have simplified our return process into three easy steps:
- Submit a Request: Send an email to support@goldcoaststar.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Your Label: Our support team will review your request and, upon approval, email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label and a Return Authorization Form within 24 hours.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Refund Processing & Timeline
- Inspection: Once your return is delivered to our warehouse at 3604 Normandy Rd, Greensboro, NC, it will be inspected by our quality control team within 1–2 business days.
- Approval Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
- Credit Issuance: Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal).
- Bank Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. This timeframe is dependent on your financial institution’s processing speeds.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@goldcoaststar.com within 7 days of delivery. We will expedite a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering all shipping expenses.
- Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if you prefer a direct exchange for a different size or color of the same product, contact us and we will provide a Free Exchange label, provided the item is in stock.
